Stephenville Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services inStephenville, TX and surrounding communities, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our sole discretion. Service availability is subject to geographic coverage, scheduling capacity, and project scope.
All estimates provided by Stephenville Insulation are free of charge and carry no obligation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the estimate document.
Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. If concealed conditions are discovered during work that materially change the scope, we will notify you before proceeding and provide a revised estimate for your approval.
All pricing is in United States dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for material cost fluctuations on projects that have not yet received a signed work authorization.
Appointments are scheduled based on crew availability and confirmed by phone or email. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Repeated cancellations without notice may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future appointments.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed scheduling window. Delays due to weather, prior job overruns, or other circumstances outside our control do not constitute a breach of these terms.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins. For larger projects, we may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total contract value prior to scheduling installation.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of estimate. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days of invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance, or the maximum rate permitted by Texas law, whichever is less.
You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys fees, if collection action is required.
Stephenville Insulation warrants that all installation work will be performed in a professional manner using industry-standard materials and methods. We will correct any defects in workmanship reported to us within one year of project completion at no additional cost, provided the issue is due to our installation and not caused by external factors such as moisture intrusion, structural movement, or misuse.
Manufacturer warranties on materials are subject to the terms of the individual manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty. Contact us for details on specific product warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stephenville Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Except as expressly stated in Section 6, Stephenville Insulation makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding our services or this website. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Erath County, Texas.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this site to transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
